Someone asked me why I don't draw Salome, Boa's pet snake... 🤔?

The truth is that at first I did not know of its existence but I remembered that Boa had a certain association with white snakes and things like that. That was how the concept for this scene was born...!

However, during the research phase and search for references I found out about the existence of Salome. At first I found its design a bit too silly so I thought about scrapping the idea altogether, but I still wanted to draw Boa being wrapped in silky snake skin so I decided to compromise and just go for a generic white snake.

I hope true fans don't find this detail disrespectful, but at least I think the essence of the character remains well preserved...¯\_(ツ)_/¯
