He has some. Back near the beginning of the comic we saw his sleeping bag and I think his backpack too. He was just starting his journey so he only had some basics, but at this point he doesn't really need much camping stuff since he's got some comfy spots to sleep, if you know what I mean. I do want to bring back the backpack at some point, showing that Gwen was carrying it in her bra.
