Y'all were expecting a conformation of Gwenevere's name, but hardly any of you knew about the Hoothoot name reveal. We got Archimedes. The gamers among us will get that reference.

The eagle-eyed (Or I suppose owl-eyed) of you might have noticed he looks a bit different than his last appearance. Well, originally this wasn't meant to be a series, just a one-off drawing. I wanted the trainer to have a pokemon, so I threw on a Hoothoot because I think they're a cool early game pokemon. But now that I want to have a story and I want them to be characters this Hoothoot needed a name, and I wanted to give him a bit more of a unique look, so I gave him this spiky feather pattern to make him distinct.
