Episode 3 has got be one of my favorite episodes in terms of the tone this show is expected to have throughout judging from the first episode. Mai story is rather sad, but what really strikes (no pun intended) me as important here, is even after he learned the truth, Shigeru still intended to strike up (no pun intended again :p ) a relationship with her. I don't know what he was trying to say to her before that ill-fated bus. But as we know the exposition from episode 2, the games itself bring light to what's in their soul. There's no resentment and cruelty to be had with these second set of participants. These two are really honest good people and to know how old they were - makes what happened to them even more tragic. I love how the ED animation showed their date. Two things I learned from this episode are - the assistance is a romantic and Decim can crack a joke XD Thank you again for the double post! I'm going to binge Parasyte and Soma as much as I can before the end of this month! ;D xox - keep up the good work and stay awesome!
