Tasha so far the anime covered 91 of the 186 chapters, so nearly 2 or 3 more season of anime can be made to reach the current manga arc. Also, when you rewatch this episode pay attention to the names that were dropped.

One thing you guys missed... the reason All Might hurt himself when he punched Torino was because All For One used a Shock Inversion quirk. So the force of the punch was sent back at him. It's also the reason why Torino was barely injured by the hit.
