Is it just me or don't y'all think that the 2ep6 seems like a plot hole, like I feel like they forced this storyline just to add to season 2. It doesn't add up to season 1 at all. But this isn't the only plot hole in season 2 IMO, I like season 2 but there are a lot of plot holes to me and other reactors think the same thing.

If anything, once I go and put things in the correct order, I feel 2x6 fills in a plot hole in terms of motive. Not to say there aren't still come continuity errors and I don't know if season 2 happens in the book as well. If it doesn't then I think it's obvious that the writers felt they needed to add more and back peddle, and somethings definitely got mixed up or added that contradicted stuff in season 1 for the essence of storytelling.

In the book there is no season 2 type story telling, its just Clay listening to Hannah's tapes visiting all the locations that she mentioned on the tapes. He listens all in one night and we never know the other characters motives behind why they did what they did and we also get no background info on them, its just what Hannah tells us about them. In the book Hannah never yells at Zach, Zach goes to comfort her after Marcus was mean but since Hannah doesn't respond he decides to still her compliments for revenge.
