This my prediction for The Marvels: we gone start the movie from Carol perspective catching up with her. Prob in the first 20-30 mins we gone see Carol get rocketed to Kamala room and get a version of this scene. Carol gone run into Kamala parents and gone promise them she'll get they daughter back. She gone run into Monica in space either on the way to Kamala or right after she get her and they gone have to hash they beef out bc bigger ish is going on. Then the rest of the movie we gone have the dynamics from the three of them superheroing in space.

Really enjoyed this finale and this series. Iman Vellani did such a wonderful job, especially with this being her first ever acting job. And the rest of the cast was amazing as well. And her suit? FIRE. My brain is still processing that reveal about her genetics... can't wait to see where that goes. And I'm even more hype for The Marvels now. I feel like this movie is about to have nothing but drama and shenanigans, and I'm here for it - sucks we gotta wait a year. But does anyone else think it's kind of hilarious that Carol avoids Earth like the plague, and the only way to get her back is to have her transported there against her will? And not just anywhere but to basically a shrine of her made by her biggest fan (or biggest stalker, depending on your perspective)? Does Carol even know she's famous on Earth? Well, I guess she does now lol. I know she doesn't *really* hate Earth, but if she did, this would be such a nightmare for her lol. And I do think she stayed on Earth while Maria was sick during the 5 year gap. Remember Hayward said in WandaVision he knew about Monica's relationship with Carol, and Monica seemed surprised. I would imagine that's because Carol was around while Maria had cancer up until she died. But maybe Monica doesn't know that and like Tasha said, Carol (to Monica's knowledge) wasn't around before The Blip.

So is she a mutant with magic, like Wanda and Storm? Cuz i would love to see it play out that way... although mutants get their power during puberty, will she no longer need the bangle later. I want season 2 already.

Kamala means lotus flower. A symbol of purity. Perfection. Something to marvel at. I like how they delved deeper into the meaning of the lotus flower.

Clearly Kamala isn’t an Inhuman in the MCU. I’ve been saying Kevin Feige doesn’t like Inhumans. I’m not the only one who has said that. They’re turning Kamala into a Mutant.

That’s not Carol. That’s Kamala. She just looks like Carol. In the comics, Kamala subconsciously morphed her body to look like Carol Danvers because in her mind Captain Marvel is her idea of perfection. They just did what they did in the comics. Carol is still in space.

It's definitely Carol. The official Marvel recap states they switched places, and the showrunner confirmed that's what happened, as well. I do know about Kamala morphing into Carol in the comics, but that doesn't make any sense in the MCU. In the comics, she changed into her right after getting her powers because she still hadn't accepted herself and was imitating her idol because of what she perceived a hero/perfection to be. It doesn't make sense for her to go through this journey of self-discovery the whole season just to randomly morph into Carol at the end anyway.
