To go off of what you said Tasha about how the longer Sukuna is in Yuji he'll awaken something, my theory right now (I'm a little ahead in the manga so if the manga says anything later Imma hush don't worry) is that Yuji developed some kind of fire curse thing. Since Sukuna is inside Yuji he can probably tell what was being developed, so the line "so I'll fight you with your own specialty" then says "open" which makes more sense to me if that's the case. My other theory is that since Sukuna is known as the king of curses, maybe it's not that he can copy other techniques, but he was born with access to all of them like Hiruzen Sarutobi with all 5 chakra natures. But I will continue reading the manga, so from here on out I promise I will neither confirm nor deny any theories. :)

Woo! This episode was everything! Had me screaming when Panda and the dude was trying to run and there was Sakuna. Jogo crying and asking Sakuna what was it and Sakuna had no clue had me shaking my head. But the fight between my boo, Megumi, and Toji was tied with Jogo and Salina's fight had me on the edge of my seat. I agree with your theory, Tasha. Especially when it comes to Yuji's mom. But I wonder about Megumi's mom too. I wished Toji stuck around to fight Sakuna. Or we have Toji, Megumi, Gojo, and Yuta take on Sakuna. I'm not ready for the rest of the episodes (Read the manga), seeing the anime is sticking with the storyline.
