once again a big thank u to My Dreams for doing my job while i'm resting i guess?? i dreamed of a similar scenario, except they were making matcha crepes with the ice cream-- and that's a whole other process i found far more complex for this sequence, so i made it soft serve instead. good thing i like cooking, because my google search history is full of 'how to make raw milk ice cream', 'how to use an ice cream machine' lol
