Poll Results and 13.1 Update available for +10€ patrons (Patreon)

The Alpha release seems pretty stable, so I'm making it availabel to Fiends with Benefits tiers. At the moment I'm adding a couple extra small scenes to the epilogue of Chapter 12, which will be included in the Beta and/or Full release of 13.1.
