A monster of a task this was to complete so I’m so happy you enjoyed it. Thank you for getting to this Max🙏 Looking forward to finish watching this as always

Totally my pleasure. I wish I was able to get it out sooner, but I'm just happy it’s out. Loved You Quiz a lot.

They’ve shown us so much of themselves and there continues to always be more to discover ! We are so lucky

I enjoyed your reaction so much, thank you Max! Jin wrote a message on Weverse after this show came out explaining why his individual interview part was so short. He wrote: “When I thought back on the things I’d said on ‘You Quiz [on the Block],’ I felt like I’d only talked about depressing things, so I asked them to edit it out… hehe.” It's a shame we missed out on some more deep Jin moments, but I respect his decision and I'm also glad the producers/director respected his wish.

Finally all completed this masterpiece. Thank you so much for reacting to this interview, Max. I think they really choose these pairings well. They were roommates at some point. Yoongi and Jin called themselves eternal roommates, tae and namjoon were roommates at one point and jimin and hobi were roommates for the longest time even when others had separate rooms they choose to remain as roommates and jungkook was called their unofficial roommate because he always hang out with them in their room.

I seriously don’t know how yoongi endured that pain for 8 years while being active. Like their choreography is not even easy. It’s so intense and they perform it so intensely. It’s so amazing. I’m glad that he finally decided to get surgery

Another great one! Yes, Suga is definitely dad-like and knows a lot about a variety of different topics. Whether it’s history or music or architecture or light fixtures or cooking or whatever, he knows about it. And when he doesn’t know, he stonefaced bullshits so he still seems like he knows lol. I think you might like watching his vlives. He’s very calm, gentle, soft-spoken, but authoritative and decisive when he talks. He’s the one who will give life advice to army and answer deeper questions with his own perspective and life lessons. It’s very soothing. His gentle voice and confidence make you trust him. I also think you might like rewatching some of the early stuff you watched now that you’re more of a fan. Like that MAMA speech where they talk about almost disbanding, or 2018 Festa where Yoongi talks about crying in the shower after they performed at the AMAs because he knew it was the start of a whole new level of fame and pressure. Emotionally deep content is more impactful when you know them better.

About yoongi talking about his fear of his future/solo career, he spoke about some of that in the latest suchwita with taeyang as well and Taeyang as a senior gave some advice too. Just wanted to share that to encourage you to react to the episode :)

I am still on part 2 but I wanted to remind me and everyone of what we know now about this time in their lifes. In hindsight I find this very fascinating. They have always been open about the struggle with the pandemic and having to cancel the tour but it is so much harder when you know that they had already planned to take a break and I assume had planned the enlistment. In the end they had to do this without seeing Army all over the world. And they couldn't tell anyone about how much they were hurting. I wonder if they ever make their peace with it because this change of plan somehow did make them more succesful than ever before. And they could reach so much more people and got amazing oportunities.

Btw jin doesn’t let them drop honorifics or they just don’t want to drop it cause they still call him hyung. But idk maybe behind doors they do drop it.

Nicole

Yes, seconding this. The Suchwita episode with taeyang was great. And also really interesting to see how different it was to Namjoon’s episode. (Also if you’re interested in Yoongi talking about his fear of the future, he also does it 2018 Festa and in a run bts episode where they write poems)

taetaebear01 (Lindsey E.)

Yeah I clocked that too. I think maybe he just got the terminology wrong and moreso meant that jin doesn’t pull rank? Like they refer to him as hyung and use formal speech with him but outside of that he doesn’t really lord “I’m the oldest”’over them

Lina

I just wanted to comment on that :D I actually wonder if he would mind if they didn't use honorifics but he doesn't say they shouldn't.

Peri

I think he would mind because when he and Tae had that argument he had mentioned something along the lines that he is older and felt like he was being disrespected or something like that
