The first winner from the February character poll is Carmen Sandiego. Carmen turned up multiple times in this month's poll, but I took the specific scenario from one of last month's suggestions - V.I.L.E. has stolen a museum artifact and left Carmen behind in the display case to keep her of trouble!

The hood looks AMAZING on her, matching her suit and adding a whole other layer to that "you're not even tied, but you can't get out of this" thread that makes this pic a delight. :D

I'm loving the hood! You always do a great hood, and it really adds to the kinky without ropes idea. And fits perfectly with her catsuit. Catsuit and hood is a combination that needs to be used more often!
