Adam had been struggling financially as a university student, scouring for jobs that seemed perpetually out of reach. One day, he ventured into a dimly lit thrift store, its shelves cluttered with bizarre trinkets and cheap second-hand clothes.

As he rifled through the clothing section, he unknowingly grabbed a magical skirt that instantly transformed him into a woman named Amanda. Bewildered, she looked in a shop window and discovered a striking resemblance to her mother, along with tangible pieces of Amanda’s life nestled in her purse.

Arriving back at her student dorm, Amanda was greeted by a roommate who seemed to know her intimately and hurried her to get ready for work.

As Amanda felt the weight of her new reality settle on her shoulders, she hurriedly slipped into a skimpy uniform, grappling with a confusing mixture of fear and acceptance of her abrupt, enchanting metamorphosis.
