Shoe shine chairs in Montreal (Patreon)

Hello my Shiny Patrons,

Last month I visited for the first time Canada and I stayed in the beautiful city of Montreal. I really enjoyed my time there in the warm summer, the many parks and the artsy feeling of the city. 

I always like to travel light, so this time I was thinking to bring only 2 pairs with me, a pair of sandals and my Dr Martens boots. However, I thought about the possibility of getting a shoe shine there and I took 2 extra pairs. 

I found Harry's shoe shine place on google maps. I was downtown Montreal so decided to bring 3 pairs with me to make videos. I had to go through a lobby in a tall corporate building. To be honest, I felt out of place, everybody there was wearing suits and looked very elegant. And there was me, with jeans and my dirty Dr Martens. I spotted Harry's shoe shine area and approached him, explained to him the project and he agreed on making a video with me. While I was setting up my camera, I took a picture of the chairs Harry designed himself. These are not the typical shoe shine chairs that we see in Mexico so they caught my attention immediately.
