Full disclosure, this is now officially one of my personal favorite recipes!
It is a really fun one! Why? Because most people would never imagine that you can eat things like garlic Texas toast, as part of a balanced diet. Yet, here we are!
Now, a couple of things to note with this one.....
This recipe is a little higher in fat than my usual recipes. But not to worry. Fat is essential for life. Our bodies need fat to survive. And as long as we are not overconsuming an abundance of fat in our diet at every meal and snack, every single day, it's fine. Just eat within your calorie needs, and maybe eat something a little lower in fat at your other meals for the day. So don't let the fat content deter you from trying this dish.
Another thing to note is that this dish has no veggies. If you are new to my content, I always try to encourage adding a side of veggies with your meals. Especially a meal like this that doesn't have any incorporated. You could also get creative and add a veggie of choice in with the ground chicken mixture.
