Great reaction ! This would put Jackson in a very delicate position and taint his relationships with his friends/coworkers ! I like the fact that they stick together to find a solution for the hospital. They have grown so much since their debuts, it's amazing. Weber must feel very proud. One of my fav eps of all time but I have always wondered why they never approached Harper Avery Foundation to begin with?! I mean everyone knows how loaded they are and they had Jackson working in their hospital and he wanted to keep working there!

Jackson can't say no risk Catharine pulling out of the deal. Stuff like putting Jackson in charge without talking to him and not respecting that he's a grown adult is my biggest complaint about Catharine, she constantly thinks she knows best and just bulldozes over Jackson's opinions.
