I am so glad you loved the series! I think it should be required for American high school students to watch it. I know many folks who've never seen the show before and I am so glad to be one of the people introducing it to you for the first time, hopefully, you'll go on to introduce it to others too. Your reaction was powerful, and moving. Thank you for bringing us on this journey with you! If you're interested in knowing more about the men and seeing more of the actual guys, there is a documentary that sort of accompanies the show called We Stand Alone Together which I believe is also on HBO. This show is a complete masterpiece from beginning to end. The cinematography, sound design, score, costuming, acting, and directing are absolutely brilliant. I believe Band of Brothers will be one of the classics analyzed for years to come. It's such a beautiful tribute to not only the men who lived but even more so to the ones who died whose stories we might otherwise not know. This series is forever, which means all of these men (though they've all sadly passed) live on.
