I was so busy crying over Bailey that didn’t even notice 😂

robbie

is there a schedule to when you post greys anatomy episodes or just whenever you can ?

Portia Crain

This episode just guts me everytime.... this is actually the first time I have watched since becoming a mom and man I couldn't shut off the water works... I completely see both sides of the relationship when it comes to Bailey and tucker but I don't care how your marriage is going that should have been tucker comforting Bailey not Derrick

I think Tucker never truly loved Bailey. Because if he did, he'd understand that being that involved in her job is part of who she is. What was she supposed to do? turn down the job? Being a surgeon is stressful and all he did was complain instead of trying to find a solution to make it work better. It's not like she didn't try.

Tyler Mckenzie

My issue with Tuck is that he knew going into the marriage that Miranda was a doctor, if he couldn't handle it, then he shouldn't have married her. He is a coward. I have no sympathy for that man.

Azul Vega

love Mer but in this one I am on Derek's side, he is willing to leave everything when she decides that if she wants to be with him, simply for her traumas looks for excuses to finish again. They love each other too much but they don't want the same thing, or at least they would have to look for a middle ground. It is also a whole progress that she has cooked for Lexie for example, and Lex is so sweet in accepting eggs being allergic. In the situation with Izzie and Cristina, I feel that both have totally different qualities, but in the field of surgery Cristina's qualities are much more valued, being those of Izzie very important, she is the one who knows best how to deal with patients and their relatives, in addition to the fact that she is a good surgeon. I missed the dynamics of Alex and Izzie, I feel that they complement each other perfectly, an Izziex shipper of course.

Suzanne Hunt

Travis, I don't know if anyone has told you yet, but Lexie looks familiar because she Alex Danvers on Supergirj after she plays Lexie. The actress' name is Chyler Leigh and she is one of my favorite characters!

Derek is fully aware of her traumas yet he continues to be inconsistent in his words and actions which makes it difficult for Meredith to relax and trust him. He should have been up front and told her about Rose. He was sleeping with Meredith when he kissed someone else. If he had just been open and honest, there's a good chance Meredith would have been able to accept it and move on.

Sorry for playing devil’s advocate but I don’t think that’s actually the case. During season one Bailey said they had been married for ten years, and IIRC she was a fourth year resident at that time. Meaning they got married six years before she graduated med school, meaning in turn that they were married before she even began med school. I would assume she told him from the start that she wanted to be a doctor but that doesn’t mean he fully understood what that would entail as far as working hours. His level of support and understanding at this point in the show is fair game but when he married her she wasn’t even in med school yet so I don’t think it’s fair to say he knew what her working hours were like.

I also would say in support of tucker that I’m sure knowing someone wants to be a Dr isn’t the same as knowing exactly how that will play out IRL. and it’s not just that Bailey is a Dr there for her schedule is crazy, she also is the person who prioritizes being “the best” and will spend even more time than needed at the hospital because of her pursuit of greatness. That’s not a bad thing but it comes with trade offs

Taylor Hensley

I just realized the mirroring scenes with Bailey holding Christina’s hand when she was in surgery for her pregnancy (2x3) and when asked to leave Bailey says “I’m fine right here”. And here is Christina holding Bailey’s child’s hand and when asked to move she says “I’m ok here”. I just think those mirroring moments are very beautiful.

JennaB

Oh yeah! All of my binges and I totally didn't notice

No one knows how that will be until they’re in it and with a very young child all alone, only see their partner 2 hours a day max bc she said she only goes home to sleep. I love Bailey, she’s my fav character but tucker has every right to feel hurt that he’s alone.

The healer episode. As a disabled person with incurable diseases the amount of mere acquaintances that ask me every time they see me if I’m “cured yet” because they prayed for me is annoying. “Well so many people pray for you so you should be better soon”. I know they mean well, but I’ve had strangers stop me in public and put their hands on me and pray out loud for god to fix my broken body. Even at college by another student. So Not cool lol. (Im also not religious. I believe in science. But I am spiritual, I just don’t think anyone can cure my incurable degenerative diseases lol) I like the idea of having the healer ep but also don’t want to give extremely religious people the motivation to go out and act like they are healing someone who doesn’t want to be near them lol! Hope I don’t sound like a total jerk .

2023-07-23 23:17:21 You don't sound like a jerk. The operative thing here is making sure that whoever is doing the "healing" has the sick or injured person's consent. I think that's the one way to ensure people who want to be healed and do healing or whatever can do their thing and other people can be left tf alone. <3 Don't get me wrong, I am a very religious person, and I believe in praying for people but I pray to the G-d that I believe in that the Drs to do their work well and that the person receives the outcome they want within the realm of scientific possibility lol. It is never okay to touch another person (no matter how well-intentioned) without consent unless they're unresponsive and you are a medical professional performing the care you're meant to. I am so sorry you have had the experiences that you've had with religious people, and again; you don't sound like a jerk, you sound like someone who has a very good point.

Wanda Did Nothing Wrong

As an atheist I like that you pray for the medical staff to be able to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. The whole concept of “medical miracles” has always baffled me. Like, if there was a God and they loved everyone equally, then why do only some people get granted “miracles” and why would it be mostly the people who pray more? That’s basically saying that “God” is showing preferential treatment to people who believe or pray, when everyone is supposed to be on an even playing field.

The nurse Derek kissed I don’t think I like her when he said “I’m seeing somebody” she said “everyone knows about you and Meredith Grey” then why did she still kiss him and flirt with him all last episode knowing they’re togetherish… rubs me the wrong way
