Season 2 was good-had some 🔥 episodes, but I feel like they really hit their stride starting in S3! Season 2 definitely helped us really get to know the characters on a more personal level & empathize more with them, as opposed to Elle in Season 1. Get ready for a fun ride!

To be fair- even hotch admits that the year season 2 covers was awful- 1 agent on drugs, 2 agents suspected of murder, an agent kidnapped, agents missing flights/work, agents breaking protocol, agents keeping secrets in a murder investigation, a questionable shooting, the in-fighting between agents . From the outside, the BAU looks like a mess. Strauss is wrong of course, but it’s not necessarily wrong to question their effectiveness or think that a new leader might clean things up. Love Emily. The writers really let the rest of the team give her grief for the first couple of episodes to make you realize she’s not too bad and definitely fits in better than Elle did.
