Not yet, I still have more stuffs needed to learn in Blender. If you find the face still weird then I can't help you about that, for the face is done the way it is. I can't just stick in SFM for all eternity man. I'm doing these to gather experience, not to harvest gold. I'm doing the right thing for the best result of future anims. I might return to SFM IF I decide to focus mainly for long animation projects only. I'm progressing rapidly in Blender so why should I step back?

There's nothing to reproduce, it's done. Her face is done, with more natural shaders than the model you see in SFM with pale textures.

But your commander was attractive only with SFM. It is not similar at all in Blender.
