A NEW SURVIVAL SHOW? AH SHHH... HERE WE GO AGAIN!

How are we feeling about the first episode? the trainees? the voting system?

I didn't expect Jungeun to have such a beautiful voice? Pre-show she seemed like a really talented performer because of her charisma and dance but wow she might be my fav vocalist on the show! An all-rounder?

Saebi shocked me the most... THAT moment probably secured her debut... if people care about talent..

Jeemin is doing well, for now. I hate how mnet spoiled that something bad will happen with her later.

The show wasn't bad. I mean, you have a great judge/trainers line-up. But the girls, the trainees, will always make it good. I always wish them the best. It isn't about how you start. It's how you finish. That being said. I don't know how invested I'm going to be. Because the last two GG-SS I've seen live aggravated me. That being MTG and RUNext. So because of that, I'm hesitant. Also, I felt like I've been waiting so long that my hype has diminished. I am terrible with names to faces. It takes me a minute, but I do recognize faces. And your thumbnail are them. They were my favs in this ep. Especially Jungeun? I'm not sure. I too like Saebi and Koko a lot. Anyway, I'll still be checking it out in the meantime. If I do drop it, I still expect an excellent group to be formed.

Going into the show I have 2 picks. 1. Fuko- she was on GP999. She didn't get much screentime but she must have impressed the judges a bit since she was considered for the first planet pass for J group (Ruan ended up getting it). 2. Nam Yuju- me and this girl go way back. This is her 3rd survival show, but I know her from Evermore Muse. This was a predebut group announced at the beginning of 2021. The group featured Lee Sunwoo, a survival show veteran herself that you might know as the main vocal from the winning Fiesta team as well as the Wow Thing team with Kim Doah on GP999 and as a finalist on Universe Ticket. After watching the show once, I've added 3 more to my list. Jongeun, Sujung and Eunchae. Time for watch #2.

I feel like the judge/trainer/whatever in the hat is gonna be this show's version of creepy mustache guy from RUNEXT. His votes were pretty trash for the most part. (Like not voting for Saebi)

RUNext was definitely a show that I would've tried my best to forget but like the trainees made it memorable for me. I'm kinda hoping this will be as good as PD48 or PD101 Japan The Girls but I'm waiting to see how the voting system will work, how much the producers are involved in the final line-up and if mnet would bring back the evil editing
