I think he used the remaining 2 keys on Aizen's left eye and ankles, because Aizen manged to get out of them himself. So it made the keys redundant. Instead of using them on other body parts. Also with the new info you've gotten in the recent episodes. I think you should go back and see if you understand the flashback from ep 24. (first 5 mins) a little more. See if you can piece together a little more of the puzzle, so to speak.
