Patreon is refusing my W9 (Patreon)

If anyone can help with that it would  be greatly appreciated. 

if we can't resolve this issue Patreon will keep all the money You donated to me. because they are...less then good people.

and i will have no reason to have a patreon. i'll give'em 3 days
