Origin~Rosanna was an illegal alien who crossed the US border to find a better life but got hit by an American milk truck as she ran across a freeway. She was taken to a hospital where she had been in a coma for 2 months when she suddenly woke as her breasts started swelling and found she had gained super powers. The truck that hit her was filled with a bad batch of experimental milk headed to the dump. It had crashed and dumped it's load on her. 😋 Now she could transform into Lady Leche at will but was much dumber in her super form and chaos ensued. Being an idiot, Lady Leche was a mental match for my heroine Major Fallout.
