I love this so much as their first mini album, all the songs feel so different but the vibe is still really cohesive and it really fits them and their image! I really like the bsides after the first listen and I think I'll just grow to like them even more. I still think I prefer the original HANDS UP and I'll keep that on my playlist instead of the Korean version. The concept photos are gorgeous and they have been since their debut, so excited for their first full album in a couple months! Let me know what you guys think~

Ok...so glad i watched(its 2am where i m) cos i hv been dying to hear wat u thought of d album...i m right thinking u wld love d album. I love On and On too cos that is d bgm for the video of finding psyche!!! I love that video...the way the boys look n that music...d instrumental that accompanied d video.I was praying its d music for one of their songs in the album n it IS!!! Second fav track is Supercute cos its super cute!!! I also love every adlib of Riku cos he always sound very chill n vibey n a little sexy...n i love his pretty face n smile...if u cannot tell he is my bias🥰Overall love their korean mini album n i cannot wait for their full japanese album. Btw Hands up korean version...u hv seen n heard it when u watch that 12min plus showcase they did...that Hands up was in korean...they hv been performing this version in their korean "school" tour all over Korea. Like u i prefer d japanese version...that yushi whispering line sound better in japanese!😅And if u think Skate sounds familiar its cos u hv heard that melody when u watched their introduction video Wish for our wish that was filmed in Thailand.

oh and for recommendation, you could watch their Idol 1N2D...super hilarious when they played games especially Shout in Silence, i could not stop laughing!

Finally the album reaction! I really like wish's fresh style, it suits them so much and it adds to NCT overall vibe so much, we have so many variety in one group it's amazing! I like all the songs but I think 'Steady' and 'Hands up" are still my favorite from the album, but ‘dunk shot’ is also so good and the beat in ‘On&on’ is amazing ( okay I lied, I can’t choose one fav lmao). And I agree, the wishies kinda feel like dreamies, since dreamies grew up and their style matured a little the wishies filled the spot perfectly with their dreamy and youthful sound❤️ Sakuya really is an amazing rapper, I love how cute he looks but at the same time he has such a deep voice and his flow is amazing, his style of rapping reminds me of Sunwoo (tbz) a bit too... I'm scared how his voice will sound in a few years we are NOT ready. And I agree with your comment about Jaehee, he really is a great addition to the team and I’m so happy they decided to put him to Lastart too (especially that Jungmin didn’t end up debuting with them so he carries almost all the high notes now, the other main vocal part was transferred to Sion I feel like) their voices compliment each other, Sion and Yushi help him with his dance too so I’m sure he’s going to get better and better overall as an idol❤️ and as you also said - Ryo is just bounding everyone together so nicely, he is a hidden gem and he’s already such versatile member, he’s so freaking talented! Also I personally would love to hear Riku& Taeyong rap duo! Their voices are so distinct and so unique and I wonder how they would match each other, maybe one day we’ll see it in NCT U (praying for that🙏). And I love when you make connections between the little things and talk about all your theories because then I'm like 'Dang, why didn't I think of this?' I think I need to read more mythology now too😅 p.s. we NEED ’Regular’ Japanese version asap but I think we will have to wait until Sakuya and Ryo are 18 years old, we don’t want the babies singing ‘bust it bust it for real one’ lmao

This unironically being one of my favorite albums to released this year. I've seen some people say that these songs don't fit each other or the boys, but I couldn't disagree more. I think all the boys fit the songs extremely well and I think they're starting to play with a more chill/RnB sound that contrasts wonderfully with their more energetic title tracks like Wish, Songbird, etc. Honestly I hope their full Japanese album in the future continues to play with both of these genres and moods for Wish because I would hate to depart from either of them.

I totally agree! I feel like all the songs on here is a compilation of all their previous song styles and some new stuff, as well. It's an amazing album and I can't stop listening to it, hoping for the same for their full Japanese album. Can't wait for more japanese RIKU raps 🐈‍⬛
