Just to clarify, dousing devil fruit users with water does nothing. They have to be submerged to a certain level. However crocodile is affected because water is his elemental weakness and it solidifies him so he can be attacked.

Really appreciate the 6 episode upload! Especially since the anime is on break until april :D Which is amazing news imo, because they start re-editing entire arcs, improving animation and more importantly, the pacing. You may have started watching OP at the perfect time, because you'll get better versions of some arcs that will do the manga justice.
