Just as a reminder, some Episodes have Material before the Title. 154 had around 30 seconds, some other can have more, 155 had just a Flashback, so this i sadly not consistent. But this is the reason some Episodes can be confusing when starting at the title.

Splitting the Straw Hats is a wonderful way Oda always uses to tell us all the different shades of their personalities. They are not secondary characters to Luffy, they are equally main characters basically.

Yeah you know One Piece, it's just a lighthearted show, nothing serious going on :)

A change you could do to the Strawhat segment at the end is put a pin on the most impressive, funny, or useful. Kind of like the MVP in My Hero. Doesn't mean you have to move that character, just acknowledge their strength in the episode, and you could put it on someone in your crew if that applies. Maybe even have several pins with different awards, like most badass, funniest, or whatever comes to mind and put them to characters it fit for the episodes. You wouldn't have to put all of the pins out each time if they don't make sense, but you have a set of them to hand out. I don't know if I am making any sense, but my idea is out there.

About Robin "not giving 100%". She is a fair bit older than all of them, around 10 years, and she has had, until very recently, a different life. The line she says in episode 154 gives some perspective: "I've never thought of sailing or going ashore as an adventure." Give her some time, and think a bit on how she has been as a person so far.

this arc is kinda slow but As the story progresses, you can see Oda's creativity and excellent storytelling

Something you could do to spice up the Strawhat rankings is to maybe add favorite dynamics/pairings. Like how Nami, Usopp, and Chopper are the cowards Trio (my personal favorite btw) or Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji are the monster trio. or say you just wanna say you like Chopper and Zoro moments so those two would your favorite dynamic or pairing. I think ranking pairings of Straw Hats could be fun cause honestly sometimes Oda surprises you with just how fun and fresh he can make a situation with characters you thought you knew the relationship of.
