A new (weighted) poll (Patreon)

Hey guys,  I've asked Patreon for a tiered voting system several times, but they never implemented one. So I decided to create a quick offline tool for this myself.

So from now on, when voting in a poll, your tier level will be taken into account, as that is only fair (and honestly, should just be a Patron feature to begin with).  I have updated the tier rewards to reflect this.  

So, let's put it to the test right away:
