Hey there!

Sorry for the suuuuper late night post (well at least it's late night for me xD) today. I wanted to prepare all the sketches today and post them with the finished sequence artwork tonight. That didn't work out because progress on those sketches is really slow.

Gonna prepare all the remaining sketches tomorrow and hop on stream to finish them, not sure if I can manage to do 'em all but I'll try.

just in case I put it here in my head when he turns someone into a bimbo he gets a copy of there quirk and with that you could say mineta some how made doubles of every one and himself and turn him into bimbo.

Well what mineta has isn't really a curse it's a quirk though all for one could have given him the quirk he is using to cause these changes and also one that will do something to him so he won't be a threat later. Though like I said I think your ideas could work in a full comic setup but for the sequences using clones and stuff would make it a little hard to keep up with whats happening.
