We have no idea why we thought this is going to be a Korean folk game special, but

we're glad we're wrong- playground special is 10x better.

What a memory trip this was XD. From the 'calling friend's house' intro to the 'gathering at the playground', the fights and arguments, and of course, the snacks...beautiful :')

We miss childhood and simpler times.. Don't we all!

And it was better because it was with ATEEZ :D

Please, let us know what kind of physical playground activities you had growing up !!

Enjoy <3

Sorry, just had to ask but now here we go watching wanteez. I have a feeling that wooyoung will be SO CHAOTIC. That was a very interesting intro. Why does yunho have the metal detector again? Woo youngs laugh was so cute. Mingi is so precious. Oh I used to have one of those things that Yeo Sang has. Dog bone game? Sorry gotta pause. Somebody just reacted to stray kids. I'll be right back. Ok I'm back. I cannot get over how perfect Seonghwa's teeth are. So they just got to push him out of the line? Yunho genuinely scared me when he attacked mingi 🤣. Ok the mouse in the middle of the screen got so distracting. Why are they going after Seonghwa with the ball?! Dang jong ho beamed Yeo Sang. That first episode went by SO FAST! Not I'm calling the cops if i see you near the door!! 😂🤣😂 Oh this is just an interesting version of hopscotch. Not jong ho beating mingi with his own shoe 😹. Nice. I don't get what Jong-ho did that was funny. So I was a picky eater as a child and there were a few things that I would always get at school. Obviously the pizza which was actually really gross but compared to everything else you would want the pizza. Next they would have cold cut sandwiches but I don't like cold cuts. So I would get the cold cut sandwich take off the meat and cheese and literally just eat the top bun with mustard. Very strange I know but for some reason I loved it. And then we would have the little peach fruit cups. But when they were still kind of Frozen they were the best. So it's not completely thawed out. It's not completely Frozen, it's just right in the middle and it's so good. Oh I didn't realize it was three parts. Nice. Yeeessss Capri Sun! I really like that actor guy. Yeo sang is me. The most important thing is I never bending Spirit but mine bent already. Not yunho breaking the shovel 🤣😂. The way they all dove for the last boxes in the sand. It's hilarious. I don't know if I would trust them behind the wheel of any cars. Honestly not even these tiny ones. 🤣😂🤣. Oh the kids cheering them on as precious. Oh I need to look up their ages now. Them using the tricycles is a workout and a half my goodness. I wonder how each of them handle spice. that was really fun.

I never went onto public playgrounds like these, but on the school playground, I played hopscotch, 20 stones, open gate, stuck in the mud, tag, make believe with classmates. The boys would play cricket using a red cricket ball (even though they were not allowed to use the red, only use the white ball). Sometimes play in the sandpit. Some kids played on the jungle gym. That's all I can remember.

These were the only wanteez episodes I hadn't watched before, so it was great to catch up on this! This was way funnier than I even expected! Definitely brought back some memories. About the games I played when I was younger, I have no idea how they're called but I remember I was always playing tag lol. On another note going to the playground drunk at night has to be some of the best memories with my friends, so I highly recommend🤣 Also btw you guys accidentally added the tag "skz"

Wow! It's so interesting to see how the games we played are exactly the same even though we grew up in very different countries. I'm Dutch and Ttangttameokgi (hinkelen) was my absolute favorite. Exact same layout! We played that sooo much, and, just like D'Some, we played "buskruit" (화약) kicking the ball and hide. There was jumping rope with 2 kids swinging the rope around, trying to get as many kids in as possible without tripping the rope, and ofcourse, Tag. I'm a swimteacher now and also teach adults. The most fun i have is getting them to play tag (To get used to the feel of, and not be scared) in the water. At first everyone is super awkward because we are adults, and strangers to each other, but i'll start chasing them and soon enough there's 30-60+ year old "children" laughing, fleeing and chasing each other in the water. It is so lovely to see the years fly away from them for that short moment in time. And i get to use work as an excuse to be that kid every day. Mhuaha

Never had the chance to play in this kind of playground but at school we used to play hopscotch, chinese garter and something similar to gonggi. Next episode the concept is the staff are all "gone for the day" and they have to do all their tasks like the cameramen and writing the script and captions and stuff.

So, I grew up in small town America where the fire whistle would go off at noon and all us kids would know it was time to go home for lunch. Mom's never had to yell for their kids for lunchtime! .😁 That's one of my favorite summer time memories. The neighborhood kids had a game we played where you pick teams and one team would be on one side of the garage and the other on the opposite side. You would then take a ball, like a dodgeball type, and throw it over the roof the garage yelling "Annie Over". If it didn't go over you'd yell "Pigtails" to let the other team know you are trying again. If it went over and the other team caught the ball they would run around the garage and try to tag somebody on the opposite team. If you were tagged you had to join the other team. This would go on until there was nobody left on one team. It was fun because you never knew if they caught the ball or not until you saw them running around the corner of the garage. If you managed to run all the way around the garage without getting tagged by the ball you were safe.

Rally appreciate the explanations you guys provide thanks for the reaction great as usual 💗💗

I think growing up we played the more basic type of "games": big ass jumprope with a big group. The big elastic where two people stood in it and you'd have to jump over it through levels. Another game where we'd knock a ball against a wall and you'd have to go in order (almost like squash but hitting the ball with your fist lol)

A lot of our playground games in the UK were very similar to Korean playground games. We used to play 땅따먹기 (idk what we called it in English tho), bulldog, sardines, what's the time mr wolf, grandmother's footsteps (무궁화 꽃이 피었습니다), kick the can, and 40-40-in

When I away from the screen for a minute, forgetting I need to read the subtitles 😶
