Well this was a wonderful one, wasn't it?

This special song from Han really moved us - although we don't go too much in depth about the whole industry thing with age and all in this particular video, we do regularly talk about it and how much we respect SKZ for staying on their feet and pushing forward at a young age.

This song definitely made us think about the life path they chose and really made us feel proud of the boys!!

We were hoping we'd get to think about all the songs from this AMAZING album once we're done, but we didn't realize that the last track is another mixtape (which we're skipping for now) and so we missed on our chances to really dwell on this album.

We'll move forward, but indeed, this WAS one of the best albums we've heard from SKZ so far! :D

Hope you enjoy this one, and we'll see you in the next ALBUM!

This album is freaking fantastic. But yes Han did write it about entering adulthood. Also im glad you explained the rating system because I NEVER understood it. I also never looked it up but 🤷🏾‍♀️ semantics. They sounded so fantastic in this song too and the video was so simple but amazing. Chronosaurus and 19 really hit me with a 1, 2 punch. And once again literally chills the entire music video. They look great here too. Im sad this album is over but im so glad to experience this with you both.

I keep editing my original post but im just gonna reply to myself but when I first heard the song I legitimately did not notice the autotune. Once I downloaded and listened in my headphones I noticed it. I never minded when people used auto tune but sometimes i just want to hear their actual voices. And while we miss the chances to hear bang chan sing they use it in such a creative way and I've never been disappointed when they use it. I think the first time was M.I.A. and i absolutely ADORE that song. Speaking of which they both give me the same vibes even though the content might be different. But yea ANYWAYS onto yellow wood which is really only 3 songs and then 4 mixtapes so.....👍🏾

What you talked about in the end about the idol industry reminds me of their new japanese song Social path (the korean ver will be in the new album as well). The lyrics of that song really resonates with what you said. Awesome reaction as always❤️.

Oh man, I could give an hour-long talk about the similarities between ice hockey and k-pop re: youth industries, training, isolation, socialization etc! It's genuinely fascinating to me. But I also feel strongly that Chan in particular lives with a clock in his head re: military enlistment, and is trying to fit as much in as possible before then, which I suspect then radiates to the others. (Not that Chan himself has to serve - he and Felix are both Australian citizens - but given his whole deal, I don't imagine he's going to do well with losing people for extended periods of time.) Also: doggo cameo!

I vote you do Social Path next just based on your comments and feelings about this song

Liz Isenbarger

Social Path would be a perfect song to do before starting the next album!

Such a good song! So much feeling in it. Love this track too!! If only there an instrumental….

The 'they miss out on their youth'-part hits hard imo. Every time I go out and attend a Kpop-party I always think that they themself often miss out on those normal things like clubbing or drinking, sacrificing their youth so that WE have all those brilliant songs and can actually have that experience.

THE BASS!! Yes I completely agree with this. There are certain bass lines that seriously make my brain feel fuzzy and happy. It’s typically bass that I say goes in a circle lol. RM has a song from his SoundCloud days called Joke that has probably the most satisfying bass lines I’ve ever heard. https://youtu.be/I-Qsfn8FL9I?si=U91R1iGq1SngekST Back to the actual song though I can’t imagine what these kids go through in their training days. As a newer Kpop fan the entire it’s hard for me to wrap my head around all they give up and how much of themselves they give to fans.

Handsome Sausages

Absolutely - honestly there probably would be a lot of parallels that can be found between the K music industry and many many other professions, but there's that K element to it that makes it somehow worse XD

I never thought of this song as sexy. To me it always sounded sad or depressing, especially together with the video. But it's interesting to hear your thoughts about it.

Vale

Yeaaah I love the bass!! I think guys you need to react to the collaboration Lil Dirk x Stray Kids because it’s a REAL collaboration with a lot lines for the kids and have this type a bass, I think you gonna appreciate
