九州旅から３週間目。長崎県 平戸へ行ってきました！

平戸島は平戸、生月、田平、大島、度島の大きく５つのエリアに分かれています。

日本で初めて西洋貿易が行われた場所であり、

異文化と日本文化が混ざり合った独特な雰囲気があります。

そんな文化的景観が残る平戸島にも温泉は存在し、行ってみました💛

Third week of the Kyushu trip. I went to Hirado, Nagasaki!

Hirado Island is divided into five main areas: Hirado, Ikitsuki, Tahira, Oshima and Tondojima.

It was the first place in Japan where western trade took place,

The island has a unique atmosphere with a mixture of different cultures and Japanese culture.

Onsen also exist on Hirado Island, which retains such a cultural landscape, and I visited there💛.

九州旅を始めてから、北九州、福岡、佐賀、大分、熊本、鹿児島、宮崎を巡り、

最後、長崎県へやってきました。

訪れたのは平戸島という長崎県北部にある島です。

平戸島に架かる赤く大きな平戸大橋が特徴です。（写真を撮り忘れました。）

Since the beginning of my trip to Kyushu, I have visited Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Saga, Oita, Kumamoto, Kagoshima and Miyazaki, and finally I came to Nagasaki Prefecture.

The last island I visited was Hirado Island, located in the northern part of Nagasaki Prefecture.

The big red Hirado Ohashi Bridge is the main feature of the island. (I forgot to take a picture of it.)

平戸には綺麗な海、美味しい食、自然の美しい景観、そして温泉もあります。

平戸市市街地の近くにある温泉旅館 平戸海上ホテルへ行ってきました♨️

Hirado has a beautiful sea, delicious food, beautiful natural scenery, and hot springs.

I visited Hirado Kaijo Hotel, a hot spring ryokan near the center of Hirado. ♨️

こちらはナニコレ珍百景で紹介された水族館大浴場が自慢だそうです。

It has a large aquarium bath that was featured in Nanikore Chin Hyakkei (a Japanese variety show).

さっそく階段を降りると、浴槽に囲まれた大浴場がありました。

中には魚が泳ぎ、まるで水族館です。

I quickly went downstairs and found a large bathroom surrounded by bathtubs.

Fish were swimming inside, making it look like an aquarium.

子供が喜びそうなファミリー向け大浴場でした🐟

お次は露天風呂へ。

大浴場と露天風呂は離れた位置にあり、移動が必要です。

It was a family bath that kids would enjoy 🐟.

Next I went to the outdoor bath.

The main bath and the outdoor bath are far away from each other, so you have to move around.

露天風呂がこちら。

外の景色からは綺麗な海景色と平戸大橋が見えます！

The open-air bath is here.

From the view outside, you can see the beautiful sea scenery and the Hirado Ohashi Bridge!

貸切露天風呂もあったので、覗かせてもらいました。

開放的な空間。こちらからも平戸大橋が見えます。

ちなみに料金は、入浴料＋貸切料金 40分1600円、60分2000円。

There was also a private open-air bath, so I took a look.

It is an open space and you can see the Hirado Bridge from here.

The fee is 1600 yen for 40 minutes and 2000 yen for 60 minutes for bathing and private use.

こちらは少しリーズナブルな貸切展望風呂。

料金は、入浴料＋貸切料金 40分1000円、60分1500円。

This is a slightly more reasonable private bath with a view.

The fee is 1000 yen for 40 minutes and 1500 yen for 60 minutes.

ロビーに向かう途中、山頭火の句碑を発見。

「平戸よいとこ 旅路ぢやけれど旅に あるよな気がしない」

旅にあるような気がしない。

平戸の風景が日本の美しく懐かしい風景と重なり、そう思わせたのかもしれません。

さて、腹ごしらえです。

On the way to the lobby, I found a monument with a haiku by Santoka.

平戸よいとこ 旅路ぢやけれど旅に あるよな気がしない

I don't feel as if there is anything in the journey.

Perhaps the scenery of Hirado overlaps with the beautiful and nostalgic scenery of Japan and made me think so.

Now, let's get hungry.

平戸市の街中にある「一ふじ食堂」へ。

あまり食堂でも見かけたことのない卵焼き定食。

気になったので注文してみました。

I went to Ichifuji Shokudo in the city of Hirado.

I had never seen an egg omelet set meal in many diners.

I was curious, so I ordered it.

う、う、うま〜〜〜🤤

ちょうどいい薄味で、美味しかったです。

Yummmm 🤤.

Just the right amount of light flavor.

かつて潜伏キリシタンが開拓した地「春日集落」。

世界遺産にも登録されており、美しい棚田が見られるという春日の棚田が人気です。

Kasuga village, a place once pioneered by the Hidden Christians.

It is registered as a World Heritage site, and the terraced rice fields of Kasuga are popular for their beautiful terraced rice paddies.

案内所で電動自転車を借りて、見学することができます。

Visitors can rent electric bicycles at the information center and tour the site.

曇り空から。From cloudy sky.

晴天へ☀️To clear sky ☀️

最初は曇りだったのです、自転車でぐるぐるしているうちに晴れてきました。

見渡す限りの緑。伝統を守り、継がれてきた風景は圧巻です。

It was cloudy at first, but as I cycled around, it cleared up.

Green as far as the eye can see.

The scenery is breathtaking, with traditions preserved and passed on.

棚田は山間から海へと繋がっています。

海へ出ると波の音だけ聞こえるゆったりとした空間に辿り着きます。

自転車で走行中、子供の頃ぶりに思いっきり滑って転びました。

海に繋がる川で傷を洗い流し、しばらく休んで充電満タンです😊

The terraced rice fields lead from the mountains to the sea.

Once you reach the sea, you arrive at a relaxing space where you can only hear the sound of the waves.

While riding a bicycle, I slipped and fell down with all my might for the first time in a long time.

I washed away my wounds in the river leading to the sea, rested a bit, and fully recharged my batteries 😊.

その昔から変わらぬ風景はとても美しいものでした。

春日集落からすぐ、平戸本土から生月へ架かる生月大橋があります。

The scenery, which has remained unchanged from the past, is very beautiful.

The Ikitsuki Bridge, which spans from the Hirado mainland to Ikitsuki, is located near the village of Kasuga.

生月大橋を渡って、生月島へ。

綺麗な夕日が見られるという「大バエ灯台」を目指します。

I crossed the Ikitsuki Ohashi Bridge to Ikitsuki Island.

I aim for "Oobae Lighthouse," where a beautiful sunset can be seen.

断崖の上に立つ白亜の灯台がオレンジ色に染まります。

The chalk lighthouse standing on the cliff is dyed orange.

地平線に沈む夕日。

1日の終わりを噛み締めながら、沈み切るのをゆっくり眺めていました。

The setting sun on the horizon.

I slowly watched the sun set as I chewed the end of the day.

夕日は旅で必ず出会う。

夕日を眺める時間は、今までの旅で見た夕日を思い返す時間にもなり、とても好きな時間です。

Sunsets are always a part of traveling.

I love the time I spend watching the sunset because it gives me time to reflect on the sunsets I have seen on my travels.

「九州の秘湯。旅ブログ」はこれで終わり♨️

九州を一周して、さらに日本のことが好きになりました。

帰宅後、九州の豪雨災害がしばらくニュースに続き、心配が絶えませんでした。

また訪れることができる日を楽しみにしています。

After traveling around Kyushu, I fell in love with Japan even more.

After returning home, there was a torrential rain disaster in Kyushu and I was constantly worried.

I look forward to the day when I can visit again.
