今月は初めて健康診断を受けてみました。

数日前に診断結果が届き、ドキドキみてみると。

中性脂肪だけ「H」😱

来月から気をつけて行こうと思います。。。🍚

先日、栃木県に行ってきたのですが、紅葉がとっても綺麗でした🍁

たくさんの落ち葉が落ちていると、ついフワッとさせたくなる。

This month I took a physical examination for the first time.

The other day, I went to Tochigi prefecture and saw the beautiful autumn leaves 🍁.

When I see a lot of fallen leaves, I just want to flutter them.
