Name change (Patreon)

I'll be changing the name of this Patreon as well as its URL soon. It shouldn't affect members in any way unless you have a direct browser link to this Patreon. In that case you will need to update the link once I've changed the URL.

And I am still working on a separate website that will be integrated into this Patreon. It's been taking longer than expected but I hope to have it up soon  :)
