IVF SNAFU - Ideas for Episode 2 (Patreon)

Alright, so you've seen the first episode. Janet is now pregnant, and she is being called by the Coleman Bros, who have just figured out where a set of eggs went. But what happens next? 

Here is how I plan to open episode 2 (mixed with little bits of Patreon suggestions ;) ): the eggs were meant to be implanted into a surrogate, who the Coleman bros had hired to carry them to term for a very important customer. Somehow, through sweet talk (not so much) and money (more likely), Janet agrees to carry them (which she has little choice over, as she looks fairly close to full term pregnancy by now...how? You'll see :D) . However, despite the money being very good, it comes with a catch, as the VIP has certain demands of the surrogate carrying his / her / their children. What are those demands? 

My idea: they want the babies born from a healthy mother. Janet then has to go through a series of typical pregnant mother activities, such as lamaze classes, aqua yoga, etcetera. Not sure how many I would do of these, but might only do one and focus on that, rather than spread myself thin.

But that's just my idea. What would your demands be? Or do you want a different episode 2? If you're happy with this, then maybe the poll can be for what kind of activity Janet has to do. I have a good idea as to what the Patreon bonus could be too. :3
