This is a biggie animation, featuring an OC of the commissioner! You may recognise Annie from the animated pin-up polls. :3 

 So big, it's actually gonna be in three parts (not that parts 2 or 3 will be as long as this one)! Hopefully, all parts will be posted before the end of the 30th, so keep an eye out for those. Parts 2 & 3 will be posted at the same time, and I'll also post a "complete" video of all 3 parts so you can watch the whole thing without disruption. Should be PogChamp.
