Which of the following scenarios should one of my OCs appear in? Vote and help me decide!

While I will decide which of my OCs will feature in the winning scenario, I am open to suggestions for which of my OCs you would like to see in a particular scenario. Note that the final decision will be mine, though!

So which of these situations would you like to see happen to an OC of mine? 

Before / After: You see my OC at the beginning of their pregnancy, and then at the very end, when she's either due or overdue. She's not as enthusiastic about her pregnancy at the end as she was at the beginning of it.

Millionth Customer: As the OC walks into a maternity store, she's informed she is the millionth customer, and she wins the special prize—an instant full-term pregnancy! She only walked in there to buy a baby shower present for someone else...

Suck It In: Seeing someone she fancies, the OC sucks in her pregnancy tum, trying to look slimmer. Once the object of her desire has walked past her, she breathes out, and her tummy returns to its full size. 

Too Late: A doctor comes out and tells my OC it's her turn to come in and be induced. Too late, my OC says—she's already holding her baby, which she had in the waiting room. This will be implied birth, not visible.

Erogenous Zone: My OC can feel a blastocyst (a fertilized egg) implanting itself into the wall of her womb. This causes her to feel aroused, and unable to keep her voice down. Shame it's happening in a public place and not in the privacy of her home...
