Some alterations to the workings of the patreon benefits,

Early Access Increased to 1 Month - To give you a greater benefit before the public release, all images created will be exclusively posted to patreon supporter 1 month prior to the public release, so you'll have access to a large portion of images before the public will.

PSR's Removed From $1 Tier - This change has been a hard decision, but due to the amount of work going into the sketches it has become unfeasible to do it at such a low cost, so it will be removed from that tier like the beginning and made only available to the $3+ tiers.

Going though the records of who requested and who is one that tier level, there will be a very micro number of individuals affected by this change, and I do apologies that this has become an outcome, I do hope you will consider upgrading your pledge to the next level if you can to keep receiving the PSR's, but understand if you can not.

Upon the removal that tier will revert back to the original Tips Tier.

Changes to PSR Submission Numbers - Now this ones a biggie but still undecided as to what I'm going to do, I've tried the delaying the opening date as per the supporter voted...

But that backfired even more that I had planned, with whooping 52 entries this month...

So I don't know what to do going forward, need to think a lot about it :(

Other Additions - A new limited tier was going to be added this year as well but due to RL work those plans are on hiatus until further notice so and new update will be made with that one is finalised, so keep an eye out for that when it ever happens XD

But that is all from me for now, and I look forward to your continued support through 2021, lets hammer out a ton more art, and break even more moulds for what I've drawn XD

Would definitely add a few systems to help lighten the work load. Maybe something like a limited number of slots per month, as previously discussed. With excess ones having the option to be put at the front of the next set of slots if individuals desire it? Could combine this as well with a one month cool down period for those that got a sketch previously, to help pace out the flow of people a bit? It should hopefully start to eventually cycle to half going towards one month, and the other half every other month.

My two cents: Ideally the sketches should cost an amount comparable to what you'd make at work for the same time investment; i.e. if sketches take 20-30 minutes of work on average, the cost for the patron should be comparable to 20-30 minutes of job pay. Stuff like raising the minimum pledge required and cooldown periods like Flow mentioned can certainly help; I'm just spitballing what kind of goal you might want to aim towards.

I didn't even know it was open to the lower pledges. I think raising that bar a bit (maybe to the $10 or higher tiers only) would be a good step. If that limits it TOO much that you don't get enough, maybe open up a certain amount for the lower tiers and then pick the ones you want to do or randomly select them?

You could assign people a number and pick random numbers. The you could only message those subscribers. They would then have a chance to enter a submission?

2021-12-12 09:11:08 Still think you should hard cap PSR's to a reasonable number each month and select them based on a random selection. Those not chosen in the previous month would be given priority in the following month. Here are some tools for randomly selecting numbers without duplicates. https://www.random.org/sequences/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYrGF8ib7WY&ab_channel=ExcelIsFun Also, make sure to take care of your self.
