payment issues (Patreon)

hello everyone! i'm noticing a influx of people pledging and not going through with payments so i usually give people a while to process payments because i know sometimes payments don't go through so i will wait till the 4th of may 2016. after that i will be removing people who haven't had a past pledge before or haven't paid.
