Trembling and afraid I looked up at my friend Riley Robison who had grown to gigantic proportions. She looked to be afraid and in pain as her muscles bulged and spasmed from growth and yet I could tell that her growth wasn't over yet.

"LISTEN TO ME!"

Her voice sounded like thunder as she spoke, fighting through the pain that ate away at her growing body.

"THIS WHOLE SITUATION... WAS CASUED BY THE GOVERNMENT!" Riley said as she held me in her trembling grasp.

I looked up at my discord friend and could only ask one question. "What do you mean?"

"F-FOR A FEW YEARS, I-I HAVE INTERNED AT A SPECIAL RESEARCH LAB WORKING FOR THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF..." Riley struggled to say. "I W-WASN'T THAT HIGH UP ON THE SCIENTIFIC LADDER BUT I HAD OVER HEARD A FEW OF THE SCIENTISTS TALKING ABOUT A SPECIAL PROJECT THAT WAS BEING FUNDED BY THE GOVERNMENT."

"A special project?"

"Y-YES. ITS FILE NAME WAS (FA)... I DONT KNOW ALL THE DETAILS BUT THEIR WAS ONE WORD THAT CONTINUED TO BE SPOKEN..."

She didn't have to say it, I already knew what word could give rise to all of this madness.

"Munje." I said.

Riley painfully nodded her head as greenish veins appeared all around her muscular arms and her body expanded, pushing away all things that stood in its way.

I stood on my feet using one of Riley's massive fingers to steady myself. "Why bring this to me? This information why tell me."

"YOUR ALL I HAVE LEFT!" Riley yelled her voice becoming more and more powerful.

My ears where ringing but when it came to such pain I was able to ignore it. "What do you mean?" I asked trying to make sense of this whole thing. "If you really are turning into a Munje, then you should have the power to use this information to your advantage. You could control the world couldn't you?"

Riley shook her head in denial. "M-MY CONSCIOUSNESS IS FADING AWAY." She said in between primal growls. "I DONT AHVE MUCH TIME AND YOU ARE ALL I HAVE."

"To do what!?" I asked.

"TO STOP ALL OF THIS." Riley said her eyes glowing a deep yellow. "MANY FURRIES ARE TRANSFORMING ALL OVER THE WORLD, BECOMING MINDLESS GIANT BEAST AND GOING ON MINDLESS RAMPAGES... SOME FURRIES MAY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RESIT THE TRANSFORMATION BUT NOT MANY."

"What do you expect me to do?" I asked hopeless and afraid.

"YOU NEED TO STOP IT!" She yelled out, her eyes closed in pain. "GO TO THE LABORATORY LOCATED IN THE BLEAK FLATLANDS. THEIR YOU MAY BE ABLE TO FIND ANSWERS."

Riley slowly and carefully fought through all the pain as she lowered her hand which was holding me to the ground.

I slowly walked my way to the edge and carefully climbed down to the ground.

"YOU HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE." Riley warned, grinding her claws into the ground, her growls becoming more and more wild and uncontrolled.

It was then that the light in her eyes that was once dark brown turned into a light green. Riley's growled became louder and as she looked down at Braden.

She rose her head ever higher and opened her mouth wide.

"ROAR!!!!!"

Braden covered his ears and quickly

fell to the ground as a rushing wind exploded the whole area. It almost felt like a bomb had gone off and was in the process of ravaging the whole town.

Soon all things return to a smoldering silence. Braden with disheveled hair slowly looked up as small drops of blood dripped from his ears and forehead. His eyes fell on Riley who 100 foot body seemed to get even bigger, she stared at him with predatory eyes.

Braden backed away as he began to realize that the gigantic beast looking down at him was no longer his friend Riley but something much more savage.
