Another of the drawings I started during my most recent Picarto stream. I was celebrating my birthday that evening and I had this image of Sweetie Belle hosting a very, very special party pop into my head.

    While I was working on the piece several people in the chat were certain that I was initially drawing Rarity. So I did a very quick head study of her showing the mane style between her and her younger sister.
