After I posted Curtsy yesterday a couple folks talked about heart attacks, tugging at  heartstrings, and general cardio issues. Well Petina was on the job and in no time she had Fluttershy ready to volunteer at Ponyville General  Hospital. Petina even went so far as to make sure Fluttershy had a  uniform and everything. It might not have been the regular uniform but  it was uniform of sorts. So now Element of Kindness is ready to help  ponies feel better.
