I haven't done any Equestria Girls art in a while so as a warmup piece today I did this drawing of Rarity in a catsuit. Kittens like a bowls of milk.

Probably both. The dragon would whimper because of his affection for (his) Rarity. The dog would at least whimper because he'd want to eat/drink from the bowl but couldn't bring himself to interrupt.
