A pony who's been in my Equestria dreamscape from almost day one is Ponyville's resident mushroom hunter extraordinaire Death Cap. 

      For the most part the earth pony has been a strictly a background character who myself and my household have seen and talked to occasionally as we went about our daily business. However soon she will be front and center for a small dream arc in my dreamscape.
