How may I help you? Color final (Patreon)

A recently finished commission for Octavia Melody. Not to surprising they asked for a color piece of Octavia dressed in an anime style French Maids outfit.  She makes it work for her.  

     The commission was done in my usual mixture of colored pencil, marker pen, technical pen, and white gouache. The working surface is Strathmore 11" x 14" Vellum finish Bristol Board. Actual image is roughly 8" x 11" in size.

Octavia likes to see Octavia? I'd say she's getting a little narcissistic, but I really can't blame her when she looks that good. :p

It would be interesting if she has the 'if you've got it, flaunt it,' mentality? Because as much as we may not want to, whatever beauty we have in the prime of our youth will fade like the changing of a leaf from the spring bud to the curled dried husk of the fallen autumn leaf. Because Granny Smith was a beauty when she was young, but most wouldn't call her physically appealing or desirable now in the twilight of her old age.

True but beauty comes in many forms. There that which is only skin deep and once it's faded away your left with what the person was really like all along, and often it is not a pretty sight. Then there are those that along with their physical beauty possess an inner beauty. The years will fade away the brilliant sheen of their youth, but they still retain an inner luster that will stay with them all their life. I think Octavia is in that camp.

I'd say that Octavia has learned through her relationship with Vinyl that it is not bad to show off and flaunt it some so long as it done with style, and respect.
