Revised Silvia design (Patreon)

A patron reward Sylvan Ryan. He'd been considering doing a redesign of their OC and asked me to help them with it. So we've taken the character who was a originally a pegasus stallion, and a later mare, and turned her into a earth pony mare. Along with changing their tribe we also changed her markings and cutie mark. So now Silvia has a planetary gear set for a cutie mark.
