"heading home" wallpaper! (Patreon)

Hey y'all!!! So idk if y'all saw, but I recently posted this painting on Instagram and Twitter:

It's actually the painting for this month's tangerine postcard, but it was received so well (eep!!) that I decided to make it a wallpaper for ya :>

I'm really really really proud of this painting -- I spent 13 hours on it, which is about 4 times as long as I've ever spent on any one piece of art and I'm so happy I didn't give up on it even though towards the end I was very sick of looking at it lolol ;; I'm learning to take my time!!! Progress!!! Here's the process video for it if you wanna see it -- this is taken straight from Procreate, and it's about 8 minutes long, but it might give you some insight into the process. I basically just went nuts with the retro Max Pack and painted over my sketch. This was a big exploration of technique and stuff and was a lot of fun :D
