I have social anxiety and it's honestly so tiring. I love how communicative you guys are with Everyone and each other. I just got a job that requires a bit of customer service and I'm really nervous about it but my anxiety doesn’t start till I'm in the moment, I'm a pretty negative person and I'm just trying my best to view things in a more positive view, but trying to do that is pretty difficult especially since I personally don't really have anyone to communicate my feelings with, but you guys talking about it makes me feel a bit better about it, knowing I'm not the only one having these anxious thoughts. Have a good trip!! Koda and teddy are so cute!!

havent even watched the video yet but you sound like i did years ago. i was pretty negative in general and even towards myself and looking at things positively was tricky because i kept putting myself down. i also had no one to talk to and thats when i realized the only person i can depend on to be positive for me is me. the same voice feeding me all the anxious thoughts and feelings was the the same thing that makes me feel happy and think positively its not 2 separate things and like a muscle you need to train to think positively. the more you do it the easier it gets so yoiu add more weight by trying to just be positive as much as you can throughout the whole day. now whenever i feel socially anxious i calm myself down and also remind myself that these other people's lives are so complicated i wont even be a thought in the back of their mind in 12 hours. its really just finding something that helps you 80-100% of the time and sticking with it whatever can drive you to be positive even when you dont feel like it (as long as its healthy)
