Arima was shown before. He's a special investigator, literally the best one. It was the episode where they showed flashbacks of introducing Amon to old Mado. Arima was there. And well, they've walked few times about him (like when they had the 'council meeting' in CCG about the Anteiku operation, Arima wasn't the one who didn't show up), but not much scenes aswell.

I love the story of Tokyo Ghoul, but in my opinion, the anime feels like it was made for those who’ve already read the manga and just want to see some scenes animated. Don’t get me wrong, fans—the anime isn’t terrible, it’s just unfortunately much inferior to the manga. I’m not an avid manga reader, but this was one I had to read after watching the first season. The manga isn’t perfect in its storytelling either, and even the hardcore fans know that some parts can drag on. If, after watching the anime, you feel like reading the manga, I suggest starting from the beginning because there are quite a few differences, and the amount of information and context the manga provides is much greater. I love you all.

So she knows that was her father and that he was the manager but she has love/hate relationship with him it's complicated lol. Also don't worry about arima you will find out about him in season 3 if you do decide to watch it , it explains alot of old questions that aren't awnserd in this season.

unrelated but the soundtrack to the first 2 seasons is prob some of the best in anime to me. I was watching s2 when it was first airing and then moved on to manga so idk about seasons 3 and 4 just what i've heard, s2 had alot of fuckups tho that never happened in the manga

I honestly recommend watching it without paying attention to anyone else’s opinions. Let yourself be the judge to see whether it’s good or not. You can’t really rely on opinions with anime in my opinion. Some people are a bit too “passionate” when it comes to being negative/positive about an anime that they’ve watched

Season 3 has a plot twist as its whole thing it does, which is why its confusing for some people. Its meant to leave you with questions that you piece together over time, and by the end they reveal the answer. At first it just seems strange, more than it does confusing.

Not gonna lie, the anime is not so good like. When you watched 3 months long anime it's a must to have an impact of revealling in every episode, but Tolyo.Ghoul at least needs 3 episodes perimpact, and the impact of revealling is not really exciting

You guys honestly don't need to listen to others when they say it's not worth watching the s3 based on the Mange content/difference. You should decide for yourself. However, you would be able to follow the story if you did watch S3. A lot of your questions will also be answered. The issue is actually the pacing not the cut content.

Unfortunately, it’s obvious the well was poisoned from the get go because even if there is legitimate gripes with the show it should still be watched to it’s entirety with y’all’s own opinions being formed , from what I’ve seen, those opinions thus far say you should continue but anything brought up on why y’all shouldn’t watch it all stem from the preconceived thought that its bad/not like the manga /people hating, I read the manga and watched it fully, I admit it’s NOT the best, but I can’t see how it would be worth or fair to stop watching it. pretty sure Juzo was castrated by the ghoul lady, which is what gives him his feminine looks and demeanor. Don't know if its ever mentioned in the anime, so don't feel too bad about the misgendering lol.

Little fun fact, this about eto being the daughter is an example of how small the Details are. In the sewer system when the old man Put away His child in the Backflash, you could See the baby's Name being Green. In Addition it was NEVER Said what gender the Baby was. So you could already know that eto was the child of him during the backflash :) Just hard to notice, especially when you arent rewatching but seeing it for the First time

I think yall should keep watching fs a lot of info that explains season 1 and 2 a bit. Also the story is really good but yeah just mainly information a little fighting. If you wanna really pay attention to it I’d recommend dub.

its easy, why would you start watching a show if you going to stop half way in just because what other people tell you? i think you need to find out yourselfs. I like shows that sometimes let you guess before explaining more. then chew everything out for you to swallow. Let your brain work sometimes thats the fun in watching movies and series.

s3 is only "ass" since season 2 doesnt follow the manga, if they followed the manga in season 2 season 3 would actually make sense
