So! I heard back from the support from Procreate and there are good and bad news.

The bad: it's not possible to export the video files of the affected projects on the old way, that can only be decided during the project creation or using a custom preset.

The good: all the presets I use normally are now on the correct settings so that wont be an issue for future files.

-I found a work-around for the 4 affected canvas, and re-exported the heavy videos with iMovie, they are not as light as usual and the quality suffered a little, but are still useful for those that like these proccess videos.
